Becoming a Guardian means meeting professional standards. All applicants must hold the appropriate qualifications and demonstrate the right mindset to represent Guardian Protection Unit.
Minimum requirements:
● Valid SIA Licence (role dependent)
● Proof of right to work in the UK
● Strong communication skills
● Professional appearance and conduct
● Ability to remain calm under pressure

Training & development:
Relevant training is essential for this role. Additional training and development opportunities may be available for the right candidates as part of our ongoing commitment to standards and professionalism.
